Had a very unpleasant experience with an elder woman cashier. I'm not going to return there anytime soon. She was uneducated and unprofessional! I was going to file a formal complaints form, but she isn't worth the effort.

Last time I was there someone scratched my car at the parking, things like this happen.. but this one someone stole my mirror !.. This should not happen, but there is chaos and total lack of any security in this large car parking, I am sure mine is not the only case. Shop is just ok in prices, low to mid quality stuff, but plenty to keep you busy browsing and shopping. .possibly side reason why thieves operate in the car park.

Disappointed because, after they redecorated it they make it too small, without the richness in product's the used to have.I definitely can say that's because Media Markt open in the same building.

I had a bad experience with Makro Drive-In where i rented an equipment and when I took it home it was not working! at the end they said: bring it back but we don't have an other one! i lost 1 day of work because of them!

    Huge department store

    Pro's
    - Sell almost everything: groceries, toys, books, electrical furnitures, home decoration, garden items, kitchenware, construction articles, electronics, kitchenware, household appliances, seasonal items
    - Wholesale: buy quantities for a good price
    - Huge parking

    Cons
    - You need to apply for the Makro card to enter the store. It's now open to everyone but since it's mandatory it means you have to provide them with your personal information in any case if you want to do business there.
    - The customer service is sometimes tedious
    - Can be very crowded during weekends or seasonal sales
    - The wholesale aspect means that you sometimes have to buy large quantities of items as they don't have small quantities.

Typical Makro, nothing less nothing more. The customer service kiosk was way too slow when I need them for once. I don't know why

Quality of the hot food pretty good. Most dishes are cooked to order. Better than Lunch Garden for sure.
