The bald man (manager) was extremely rude. The dry-aged beef was very tough, tasteless with extremely hard tendon and over cooked. I and my family felt very angry with his attitude, and the low quality of beef. We definitely don't recommend this.

Pour nous, la meilleure boucherie/restaurant de Liège. Un accueil très aimable, un service au top. Quant à la viande, elle est excellente, tout simplement (ce dernier point vaut bien entendu pour le resto comme la boucherie).

Great meat. Best in town and area. Wagyu beef sold at same price as at the butchery. Great side dishes mushroom sauce perfect. Good fries and desserts.

Meats are pretty awesome, however the side dishes and sauces are terrible. This is what happens when a butcher shop turns into a restaurant I guess. Better buy the meat there at the counter and cook it at home!
