  Founded in 1829, Maison Dandoy is older than Belgium itself. With now six stores in Brussels, the brand has become an institution.
  The oven-fresh biscuits are handmade in their Brussels' atelier, with 100% natural ingredients. Their specialty, the speculoos, a spiced shortcrust biscuit, comes in all shapes and flavors depending on the season.

  They make really really good waffles here. Try the plain ones with sugar. Don't go to the other nearby shops which might be cheaper.
  Also a disclaimer, it gets crowded around lunchtime so go early.
