  Individuals, we called on Maestro to move from Belgium to France (with the option of dismantling/reassembling the bulkiest furniture) and we are delighted with our experience with them. We heartily recommend them.
  
  From making contact, visiting our apartment, drawing up the estimate, up to the removal of furniture and belongings (with lift), storage in their furniture storage (which we were able to see and which is very clean ), and finally the delivery in France (by the elevator of the building), we dealt with professionals of great competence, transparency, and kindness.
  
  Having compared with other providers before deciding, Maestro offered us the most competitive rates while standing out (by far!) in contact, listening, availability, advice, and follow-up throughout. along the process.
  
  Jérôme Larcher, first of all, is extremely professional and has an experienced, precise and confident eye for accurately assessing the volume of business at stake, and therefore the size of the truck to be mobilised. Its availability and flexibility are also remarkable. He is also very educational and reassuring. What a great ambassador for his company and, more broadly, for the profession itself.
  
  Above all, he is surrounded by competent teams. We are still fascinated by our team leader's ability to also visualize our volume of business at a glance, and to fill the truck intelligently to optimize space, all without breakage. The movers with us in the apartment were almost supernaturally kind and efficient for such a physical activity, including with our neighbors on arrival in managing the elevator with the residents.
  
  Although our furniture and volume were fairly standard and did not require a padded truck, the protections were adequate, and we recovered everything without damage.
  
  In the end, an unbeatable quality/price ratio, a truly appreciable and reassuring experience, and a crush on the team that accompanied us. Well done and thank you Maestros!

  didnt respond at the beginning. after few times, he wrote back in french. carefull, they dont speak english at all. respond time is terrible!
