Very arrogant doctors. Went there 3 times for 3 different specialists. they done procedures for dozens of euros and not asked permision before doing them, and in the end needed to pay a lot of money in cash with no receipt.
Very arrogant doctors and bad service.

Awful service, I tried with my best french and the blonde girl with glasses in the reception did correct me in a bad mood because 5 and 100 sounds the same in french. Never again coming back , me and all my friends.

I saw a dermatologist and a GP there.

This medical center's service is the lowest it can get. They are very fast at sending you the bill but not responsive at all when it comes to sending your test results. Overpriced and really not worth it!!!

Worst possible healthcare service one can get - on two occasions. The first time, I went there for a dentist appointment, was basically brushed off just to pay the consultation fee. I thought, OK, this might be an isolated incident.
The second time I had to go there because my regular GP was on vacation, just for a simple consultation and some papers for work. I explained my needs to the receptionist; she took forever to retrieve and print out my mutuelle affiliation info - and yet I was asked about it 3 times by the doctor. Then the doctor - spent 75% of the consultation on cross-selling and up-selling the clinic's services, and only 2 minutes to check me up. And at that, the stick she used to examine my throat was so unadapted to allergies and sensitivities it almost made me VOMIT!
At the end told me SHE WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE ME THE PAPER I WENT THERE FOR. In the process, she called me a "MINORITY" just based on my nationality, saying of course that she has "no problems with minorities" as if doing a favor. Oh, and when I pointed out that she asked the same questions 3 times over, she was like "I see so many people in my line of work". DUH! Did not accept cash, did not give a receipt, did not indicate the price of the consultation on the "green slip". NO GO, NEVER AGAIN!

This was a horrible experience. I had to have a rather last minute, urgent visit on a saturday with certain dr Alvarez. The visit could not go worst . The receptionists could not care less and the dr started yelling at me, upest that my file was not on his desk. this was absolutely unprofessional and simply wrong! Had to go back to the reception to get my file. With their explaination that they did not have time to bring my file to the dr's office ( though I called many hours before the appointment) ( they did however have time to sit and chat.) I decided to leave and never come back. I strongly recommmend to avoid this place. The previous visits were also not good, but this time limits were crossed. I also plan on complaining to relevent patient protection body about this scandalous behavior of dr Alvarez.

This clinic is great; the receptionists are friendly and helpful, it's well located on Avenue Louise, has modern equipment and it's easy to schedule an appointment with a variety of different medical practitioners, in a timely fashion. Plus, they speak English.
