When entering the store the guard looked at us in a suspicious way and we asked an employee for help, but she only had "booked customers", basically went around the entire store without any help from employees. Only guards looking at us suspiciously. Angela Ahrendts once said "The thing is, I don't want to be sold to when I walk into a store. I want to be welcomed. " I didn't feel welcomed at all in this store.

I came in with just normal clothes and no SA have approached us, then we insisted ourself to buy and someone was forced to, we bought 3 items and the 2 wallets that we bought are not in their boxes just dust bags! No louis vuitton ribbon and no water even offered to us!!! If there is lower rating than one they should get that!!! I have record in the shop as roselle supil which is my married name. I regret the experience in this shop.
