Beautiful train station with tons of daily travellers, it has several places to eat including a Starbucks which is great.
SNCB service is okay, not as good as some smaller stations but there are much more people so it must surely be harder for them.
The public bus TEC counter in the train station has some really rude staff and sometimes very long queues, better go to the one on Place Saint Lambert.response / report this review -

I find this station very artistic and looks really great when lighted well at night. The patterns of the roofing is really great for photography.

Fantastic train station, great service from the office staff when researching and recommending routes. The Starbucks is excellent, also with a great mug collection. Good advertisement for Belgium - clean and efficient!

Unbelivable architecture..the train station is out of this world..beware of the beggars though.. barely 10 minutes into my transit and I've already had 7 people come begging
