Not the most fabulous but the haircut looked really nice and the ladies were very helpful and friendly. Went there before taking my train, then only I read the comments on Google, got a bit scared, but after all I was not disappointed at all!

Walked out!

I had 45 minutes left for an appointment and saw a near empty barbershop. The shop seemed empty, 2 clients in progress. One waiting. 3 barbers it seemed. Hopped in asking "can I get a haircut before 16h ?". One of the 3 barbers grunted "yes, sit down" and I was left for about 10 minutes.

Then I was asked to sit at a barber seat and fill out my details. And sat there another 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. The girl that had seated me shaved some boys' hair, then put on her coat and walked out for another 10 minutes.

A lady walked up to the front with a child and I hear the child beg "when can we go home?" while the mother sighed "but you still have to get your hair cut too!" So, by now it was clear I would not be helped before I would need to leave. As nobody had any attention for me and I have been sitting as a plant for half an hour without indication. I walked out to make my appointment.

The general attitude of these people is very very very slow and uninvolved: they could've told me it would take too long to cut my hair (usually a 5-10 mins job) or inform me, interact with me. But they didn't care. No more KREATOS for me, ever again.
