  Friendly and bilingual staff. I came in for a guitar stand, but the model I wanted was sold out, so they sold me an equivalent model which was more expensive for the same price as the one I was looking for.

  Very bad customer service!! If you want your guitar fixed there is only one place in Brussels and it's 100x faster and that is Groove Street on Rue royale
