We keken al lang uit naar een bezoekje aan het wellness complex, maar dit viel enorm tegen. Heel vriendelijk onthaalt, maar daar stopt ook het enige positieve wat ik over ons bezoek kan vertellen.
In het zwembad werkte alle extra's niet, zoals bubbelbad Het zwembad ziet er niet netjes uit, grote stukken kapotte vloer/muur. Zwarte randen aan de waterrand.
De belevingsdouche startte pas als je er bijna door was. Zelfs dan was er niet meer dan koud water te voelen.
De hamman werkte niet. het was er koud. Daardoor zat iedereen opeengepakt in de warme sauna binnen en de ligruimte.
Het restaurant was niet open en de menu daardoor erg beperkt. Het meisje dat daar alleen de 'bar' deed probeerde zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Met de beperkte middelen die ze beschikbaar had.
Ik heb het m'n hele bezoek koud gehad, we zijn teleurgesteld vroeger door gegaan, we komen zeker niet meer terug.response / report this review -

Was ok, maar zou beter zijn moest de parking niet vol putten zitten, er vers fruitsap zou zijn bij het ontbijt en de bediening bij datzelfde ontbijt er niet uitziet alsof hij de dag met een wake and bake begonnen is

Das zimmer ist schon und das Bett gemütlich, nur dadurch hat dieses "Hotel" überhaupt einen Stern verdient!
Die negativen Dinge übertreffen aber leider alles was ich bisher gesehen habe!
- Die Damen an der Rezeption sprechen teilweise kein Englisch!
- Für den Spa Bereich, auch nur für die Poolnutzung, muss hier extra bezahlt werden.
- Das Frühstück kostet 18€ pro Tag.
- Die Bar für ein Feierabend Bier hat erst in 18:30 Uhr geöffnet.
- Das Restaurant!!
Ich habe noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Die Vorspeise war fritierte Tiefkühlkost.
Die Hauptspeise Rinderfilet mit Kartoffeln. Schwarz verbrannt von außen und komplett roh von innen (keine Frage vorher nach der Garstufe). Ich habe es zurück gehen lassen und der Koch sagt "ich weiß auch nicht wie das passieren kann, es sah von außen durch aus"
Schonmal was von Kerntemperatur gehört bei einem so guten Stück Rind?!
Naja es kam dann wieder zurück und war Medium gebraten. Nur leider von außen wie ein Stück Kohle.
Daraufhin habe ich mich mit dem Koch drüber unterhalten und ihm erklärt wie das richtig gemacht wird. Er war sehr interessiert. Aber von indirektem Grillen oder ähnlichem hat er noch nie gehört. Naja er ist halt kein Koch sagt er!
Er war zeitgleich auch die Bedienung und wir waren mit allen Gästen und Angestellten zu zweit in diesem Restaurant. Warum wohl.response / report this review -

WuWei RIPS PEOPLE OFF – terrible service !!
As part of our Team building, my 32 colleagues and I booked a meeting room – including a lunch and drinks, at WuWei Hotel.
While the preparations via emails and telephone went quite well, the meeting and lunch we were expecting were truly disappointing and the service during and after the event was awful. Here is a short summary of the most terrible things that we encountered:
- We clearly agreed by email for a U-shape seating arrangement to seat 33 people with table. However, when we arrived, there were NO tables and the chairs set up in theatre style. As one chair was missing to seat all 33 people, we asked for one “extra” chair, as well as “extra” plates since they didn’t give us enough. WuWei then assumed that we were more than the number announced and charged our credit card for 38 people, without counting or double checking with us.
- They charge our credit card WITHOUT any authorization. We provided them with our credit card details for the payment of the deposit ONLY, and they used them to charge a final bill for 38 people.
- Since their assumption was completely false (and impossible, as we are not even 38 employees in our company!), we provided them with a list from the hotel where we stayed in Kortrijk clearly stating that we were 33 people. This did not affect their decision to reimburse us for the wrongly charged amount.
- As for the lunch, the dessert we asked for was “cake and fruits”, for which we were charged € 231. Their interpretation of “cake” was pathetic as it was the cheapest Aldi cake available, as well as some biscuits (?!). Charging us € 231 for 1 cake and a handful of biscuits to feed 33 (38 according to them!) people is simply unacceptable.
- To say we were still hungry after the “sandwiches” is not an understatement. We had asked half of the sandwiches to be vegetarian. Clearly, they have no idea of what “vegetarian” means, which is ridiculous for people providing a FOOD CATERING SERVICE that is, according to their website, “light, healthy and with lots of vegetables”! We received 1 basket of small sandwiches with meat salad, 1 basket with chicken curry salad, and 1 basket with egg salad. All the sandwiches were swimming in mayonnaise, and vegetables were nowhere to be found. They should update their website to “heavy, greasy, and with lots mayo”.
When trying to solve the unjustified charges, we received extremely aggressive and rude responses.
In the end, they never changed their position, despite the evidences we provided.

Very relaxing, nice and quiet.
The pool was nice, and it's a great touch that they play music under the water. Dip your ears if you want to hear it.
A bit annoying that the bedside tables provide no horizontal surface, makes it impossible to put a glass of water on them.response / report this review -

De stad Kortrijk is afschuwelijk dus daar hoef je het niet voor te doen. In het hotel zijn de kamers ruim opgezet en mooi ingericht. Sauna complex kost extra en nog relatief veel ook naar mijn mening. Sauna is wel aardig, maar het zwembad is een groot pluspunt. Ingebouwd tussen muren wat voor rust zorgt en erg groen. Eten is duur, niet erg goed en de helft van de kaart is niet in huis. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. Als ze iets aan het menu doen en je niet geïnteresseerd bent in de omgeving kan ik het aanraden.

Il fait super froid dans lensemble du spa le hammam n'est pas assez chaud la piscine non plus elle devrait être fermer en hiver j'ai pris un massage le temps du massage n'a pas été respecter 40min au lieu d'une heure à 75euro niveau hygiène ça laisse à désirée je n'y remettrais plus jamais les pieds dieu merci je n'ai pas passer la nuit la bas . Le sauna est agréable mais il ne faut pas se fier au photo de l'établissement car j'ai visiter les camps de concentration et ça y ressemble beaucoup .

ce 31 Décembre 2016 j'ai découvert Wu Wei grâce à un bon cadeau Bongo
j'ai pu profiter d'un soin visâge d'une heure, un pur bonheur! sérénité, qualité de l'accueil, table chauffante, gentillesse, à recommander absolument. je suis même repartie avec des échantillons de produits de soins. l(endroit original, accès facile, parking privé) tout est réuni pour passer un moment déconnecté de la réalitéresponse / report this review -

La chambre bien que très jolie (duplex) n'est pas du tout pratique, voire dangereuse. Les escaliers sont vraiment très très raides Des personnes âgées ne peuvent pas monter et pour descendre il faut vraiment se tenir à la rambarde.
La salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre ça peut passer.. mais les toilettes ouvertes sur la salle de bain et donc sur la chambre on repassera pour l'intimitéresponse / report this review -
