Good hotel, clean, friendly staff. Ok breakfast it gets the job done. Good location close to train station and metro ect. Short walk to Grand place. The area at night there can be some sketchy people around. If you don't like small space then might want to look else where. Elevator is really small Max 4 people.

Okay facilities, helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags here all day after we checked out, and even hung around in the lobby to charge phones while waiting for our bus at Gare du Nord.

Small room, but I've been in smaller. Tiny bathroom and shower, but it is clean and tidy. Good water pressure in the shower, and designed so there is the water all over the floor afterwards. No air conditioning, but good ventilation (by opening windows towards place Rogier). Fridge, good WiFi and a small desk. Solid breakfast buffet. Free pool tables by the reception. All in all good value for money (90 EUR average for 5 nights Sunday to Friday with breakfast) in this location.

When my husband and I arrived at the reception desk, turned out that we can't even check in in this hotel, because it was full (even though we booked a room in advance). It was after midnight so we didn't have any other option, but to check in in the other hotel ( Siru), because this is what was proposed to us. The room was sooo small, only one electrical socket, but what was the most annoying thing, is that in the room for 2 people was only 2 towels (1 small and 1 big). We were forced to ask additional towels every day. Even after a few days the stuff at the hotel didn't realize that we need separate towels for both of us. So they just took our 4 towels during the room cleaning and left only 2 again and again! So we are very disappointed with both hotels!

Have to give 4 stars because of the value for money. Excellent location. Room v basic and fairly tired but clean and excellent price for location. Here on a cycling holiday and hotel allowed us to store our bikes inside. Really friendly / helpful staff.

Very spartan and small rooms, but breakfast is fine and is extremely well located.

    Although clean, there's no aircon.
Breakfast - I don't have words to describe it, even ate from chipped crockery - worst I ever had. Also, had a monet problem there and I'm sure they robbed me of 60euros.
    Not impressed!

The elevator is a disaster, slow and outdated. Under-staffed at breakfast, so no clean tables there. Wifi OK, room large enough for one but no AC.

Cheap accommodation for a one night stay, reasonably comfortable and short walk from the train station. Entrance to the hotel is through the more plush hotel next door, with its posh carpeted lobby. You will notice a big difference when entering the Hotel Siru with is concrete floor and bright coloured paint. Probably would stay again if in Brussels
