Poor management and standards for a 4* hotel. Very late checking at 3pm and they still make you wait for an hour the rooms are extremely small ( newly refurbished ones ) very uncomfortable no door on bathroom just a small curtain, I particularly experienced a problem with the door

Privacy concerns with the way their wifi works, be aware! Good location and room was clean. Breakfast was very good! Staff was not the friendliest but helpful. Car park was very close. Only reason I am giving 3 instead of 5 is the wifi that requires you to have Facebook and give some random company access to your account. This is the only way to get wifi access!

Great central location, room was very small but of a good quality. We had trouble with the pillows being too large and the bed was two single beds pushed together which is not always the best. Service seemed to depend on who was working at the time, with some staff nothing but helpful and others more abrupt.

Brilliant hotel and really really good breakfast. Location is excellent. Parking is really bad if and only if the vehicle is above 2 meters. Under 2 there is a parking under ground right in front of the hotel.

The whole family were impressed. Really nice furniture, we licked into a narrow terrace then ran the length of the suite -- o e common space and two bedrooms. We liked that the bathroom was separated from the tub/shower and sinks. The staff was pleasant, helpful and professional.

Excellent location. Brand new modern interior. Just not a fan of the bathroom design - my toilet is next to my bed and only has a sliding glass door. My shower and sink are on the other side and don't have any door.
