We had a booking and our flight was delayed. Obviously I notificated them with little advance but their answer was simply "if you dont arrive before 20:00h no even came here because our hotel will be closed. We make clear that check in is until 20:00". I didn't expected that anybody wait for us, but at least I expected that they gave me a better answer, maybe recommended me another hotel/hostel that had a 24h reception, cause we had not site to sleep this night.
I strongly recommend you to be more friendly in the future.response / report this review -

Had a nice stay. Very clean rooms and well located in the city center, no need for public transport.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cozy and small, but we expected that as it's quite common for small european cities. Location is very good. Within 5 min walk to the center of Bruges (Brugge)
Windows are old and you hear everything that happens outdoor. We woke up early morning because of the noise street-cleaning cars.response / report this review -

reasonably priced and good service and cozy apartments but the facilities need improvement. for example a new heater that doesn't break down and requires a reset every once in a while, internet etc

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was lovely. Great location. The place was reasonably priced and charming. The owners were super friendly. I would go back anytime.
