Very well located hotel. Somehow expensive but the services are quite complete. They have their own restaurant, when they don't have elevator, they will take your luggages up and down for you. The staff is particularly friendly and professional. The room are very cosy and comfy, just the stairs that are a little too steep.

The hotel is very well designed with exceptional comfortable bed and in-room Nespresso coffee.
The service was average. We asked for no room service to have a sustainable stay (i.e. no fresh towels,no change in bed linen etc.) on two occasions but due to miscommunication among the hotel staff, our room was cleaned - which is okay but not needed. We also requested for extra empty cups for coffee three times but did not get them.
Christoph at the front desk is awesome!
What the hotel can improve on:
a. continue to find ways to exceed customer expectations
b. ensure there are spare DVD players for guests to borrow
Whats working well:
a. staff makes great restaurant recommendations
b. Nice rooms!
