Nette kamers. Alleen het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen.

Pas de contact avec le personnel, restaurant fermé, choix au petit-déjeuner très réduit, pas de wifi dans la chambre

Ik kan dus NIET zeggen of het daar goed is of niet goed. Laat dit duidelijk zijn ! Ik kan jullie alleen maar waarschuwen.
Deze B&B komt zijn afspraken NIET na ! Mijn dochter doet haar communiefeest dit jaar. Zaal gaan bezoeken en vastgelegd. Alles was in orde. Ik vroeg nog moet er geen contractje opgemaakt worden of wil je een voorschot. Contractje was niet nodig, alles was in orde Voorschot mocht ! Ik heb dus degelijk een voorschot betaald met correcte vermeding : voorschot communiefeest R. D.. 16 april 2016..

Deze week mail gekregen met droge vermelding dat reservatie wordt geannuleerd omdat ik niet officieel via mail had bevestigd ??????????? Was ook niet afgesproken en een voorschot is een officiële bevestiging van een mondelinge overeenkomst, mijnheer ! Ermee gebeld, volledig van mijn melk, en toen kwam de aap uit de mouw. Er was een dubbele boeking en mijnheer wil/kan zijn verantwoordelijkheid niet pakken en dus maar de laffe daad
Gevolg : mijn dochter haar feest in het water !!!!!! Dus beste mensen : let goed op als je zowiezo nog wilt boeken bij dit onbetrouwbaar individu. Ik kan dit alleen maar catalogeren onder oplichting….

Recently I had stay at this place. My evaluation of this place:
Cleanliness : 4/5
Rreally nicely maintained rooms and good parking
hospitality: 1/5
Noone was present there to attend to us on my arrival.
It was not easy to spot their reception.
I had to ring upto someone via a number hung on a door.
The person who responded to my call offered no apologiies but said that he would come in 5 minutes.
Upon his arrival he offered neither any words of greeting nor any apology.
The man did not take us to the room but pointing to the room he said that is your room
NO WELCOME DRINK (included) offered - no reasons offered either
Stay: 2/5
Inspite of the heating system being in place the room was rather cold because the passage of air through the gap beneath the door.
There was a shower but no bath.
We were supposed to get a guided tour through the farm but it was not done and they did not give us any reason for it. By the way we did not see any Kangaroos there
Breakfast: 3/5
the breakfast was good but there was nothing so special about it.response / report this review
