This was an awful place to stay. You had to climb four flights of stairs to get to the elevator/lift. The people working the front desk were rude. The Bistro was not open because the chef was sick and there for no food available. The inside had an awful smell. The front desk workers were making jokes about us in front of us. They pretended to not understand our French only to find out later that these workers were in training in hospitalityreallyamazing. Some of our light did not work and had inconvenient plug ins. I just can not recommend that place to anyone.i am so glad the rest of my stays in belgium and in france were 100% better.

Facts: no lift from ground floor, my room was on the second floor. For a colleague who arrived at 14:30 : no food to be obtained. Reaching the rooms: you have to manage a maze.

This place is probably the poorest 3 star hotel i have ever seen. Reception was very clueless and the smell around the place is pretty bad. I don't recommend staying here

Very grand, lovely stairs big spacious room with view of castle behind,but greeted with a nasty smell unfortunately. River & beautiful boats nearby.

Attention!!!! Never been at such a low standard 3*** hotel in our life ! The receptionist were ridiculous couldn't even wanted to give a glass of water to a pregnant women , didn't even wanted to talk politely . And the toilet was the worst part . water was so dirty and smelt so bad that i vomited . I would rate this hotel as no star . Who can eve. Rate this hotel as 3 *** ?? Please 😡😡

Eigentlich hatte ich versucht viele Fotos bzw. nach mehrmaligen Versuchen auch nur ein Foto anzuhängen aber irgendwie klappt das bei der Google Rezension nicht. Es sieht furchtbar aus aber leider kann ich das nicht per Foto belegen. Schade!response / report this review -

Old room without any charms, need to climb stairs and walk a long corridors to take a lift : very useful when you've got eavy luggages
Should be ranked as 1 star hotel.

The hotel is located inside a casino.
The size of the rooms are fine, but the rooms need an update.
The area around is waterfront and old buildings, nice for a walk.
The city center is in walking distance.

Rooms are spacious but not very well equipped. Tiny flat screen TV and you get the feeling that this hotel has seen better days. Nothing wrong with it though. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the shower worked.
Other posts have said that the corridors and rooms were a bit smelly but we found that everywhere you went in Namur was a bit smelly. Possibly the river but definitely not limited to the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was quite good.

It's a casino with a hotel, and it looks and feels awkward - empty place with a stinky corridors (and rooms too, a little). The room on the top floor was cold and seen better days (nothing was falling apart - just not the best overall condition). Room my friends got on the 1st was nicer though.
From the bright side - they have plenty of rooms, and the price is affordable for the region. Breakfast was good, too - except the coffee, which was an instant crap.response / report this review
