Honestly I don't mind having to share a bathroom. However what got me was the poor service we got and that my boyfriend and I stayed on the third floor and the wifi didn't connect upstairs. Done deal for me

We were seated by a friendly lady hostess after saying we wanted to have drinks and snacks. A male waiter then presented us with a grill menu which did not have small plates and had no vegetarian options. We saw that people were being served fries in a large bowl and politely asked if we could have one of those.
The waiter then shouted at us and said it is not funny, they are a restaurant. We explained we only wanted small plates and there are no vegetarian options, to which he loudly exclaimed, fries are not vegetarian!
We paid for our drinks and left feeling incredibly embarrassed. The hostess was apologetic.

My party and I booked a room here on the basis that we would be able to check in late (after their 6pm closing time). The booking was accepted and on contacting the hotel via phone they informed us that we would be unable to check in at our needed time.
They then charged us a no show fee of 110 euros even though they had accepted the booking on the late arrival premise. I've attempted to contact them numerous times about this and have yet to have any response.
