It is the biggest scam I have seen in my life, it seems incredible to me that it is the only way to practically get to the center of Brussels. Apart from this, when we got to take the bus back to the airport it was full and they gave us no solution, other than waiting for the next bus. In the end, we had to take a taxi that was practically like the bus. Finally I wanted to comment that to be a company that charges between 60 to 80 euros round trip by bus !!! It works fatal.

I've been waiting for the bus at Brussels airport for 2 hours with more than 15 people all over the world and on my nerves we call customer service unfortunately no one answers and the worst thing is that on the site they put their bus there. is on time, honestly they're scammers and it's not the first time they've done this to people according to several people here.
I do not recommend this bus even to my enemy 🤮

Frankly this is the worst trip I made by bus, the driver was very rude, did not drive straight and too fast, started 45min late and the first stop takes 5min to Hanover when we left Brussels and what no change of driver, nor the possibility for the passengers to go out to take the air because a sweltering heat in bus (prohibition of the driver to let us out) moreover the bus was not even a flixbus but a subcontracting I thought. Luckily I did not take round trip tickets, I will not return by plane or train because this trip is really a shame and the endangering of the passenger, the rudeness of the driver is really inadmissible !!! This trip deserves to be refunded and in any case I will file a complaint or other because it is shameful! I regret the time when I could choose Eurolines because their services were very different!
