  Very bad customer service. Limited mileage on the car and they don't even mention it to you. Had to pay extra cause I exceeded the maximum mileage by 44km. Really not what I expected from europecar, never again. I've used other companies in the past and I will go back to these in the future, I will never consider europecar again.

  698€ pour avoir roulé sur un obstacle imprévisible (dont un pneu neuf là où une réparation à 13€ suffisait).
  Je ne sais pas si l'on doit parler de malhonnêteté ou d'un sens commercial totalement à l'Ouest, mais une chose est certaine : je n'y remettrai plus les pieds !
