Waiting 15min in line for a lunch-sandwich in a place where everyone is in a hurry is acceptable only if:
A) the line is really long (not of it's 5 or 7 people who just want a sandwich)
B) the work can't be done any faster (e.g. Prepare for lunch madness before lunch. And not prepare dinner during lunch madness).
C) personnel is showing they understand and care (not goof around and act as though 15min is nothing to be surprised about)

Nog nooit eerder werd ik zo onbeschoft behandeld . Dan kom je van vakantie uw eigen land binnen gereden na uren onderweg te zijn. je zou terug gaan lopen. Boertig , grof ;waals . Een echte schande voor ons land. Vuil en vies al hangt er een attest van voedselveiligheid met 4 sterren op. Ik denk dat ze nog eens moeten terug gaan
