  Amazing food and atmosphere. I was there when it was a pop-up restaurant during construction and the experience and quality was amazing. Great food and great service.

  Nice place in the centre of Bruges to sit down and enjoy a drink or even a quick bite to eat.
  This bar is primarily aimed at serving drinks but also has a kitchen. The food is not the best ever but certainly good enough for a nice lunch. The bar has a broad selection of Belgian beers and also a (limited) selection of cocktails.
  De Republiek is especially nice in the summer when you can enjoy the good weather in their city garden.
  
  Good service, good selection of beer, other drinks and food, and a nice atmosphere make for a great bar to rest from shopping, or just have a nice conversation with friends.

  Contemporary restopub feel.
  Good food.
  Nice drinks selection.
  Reservations are preferable as it's almost always crowded.
  Offers gluten free and vegan food. Recommended to order in advance.

  The northern sea fish dish I had was amazing, truly great meal. You can have just a drink or a meal. Nice staff. Local selections of beers and spirits. They are the place that's open when everything is closed.
