Very disappointing stay at Crowne Plaza, Brussels Airport. Raised concerns with management over shuttle, lack of information, signage, towels, lack of stafff..politely listened to only.First time I have done this. Front office staff and breakfast only rated stars.

Comfortable business hotel. Good breakfast. Free shuttle service to/from airport. Perfectly clean. Quite big rooms. Very comfortable beds.

This is a nice place, in a great location near the airport. They do a shuttle to the airport, which is nice. It's a little bit outside of the main part of Brussels, but it's not too far, and doesn't take too long to get to town. The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The breakfast was good, but I didn't try anything for dinner. It doesn't have any food places in the immediate vicinity, but other than that, we were happy with it.

Stayed there dozens of times over the years. For one night or one week, business or leisure. Always clean, always comfortable and the staff is always helpful. Some of the folks are so friendly that we end up sharing stories.
The place is not cheap, especially during busy weeks or when booking with access to the Sky Lounge. But the value is definitely worth the price!response / report this review -

Friendly staff eager to help.
Nice rooms with coffee machine and kettle. Complimentary coffee, tea and cocoa.
Aromatherapy kit to ease your sleep.
Lovely park with a lake on the back of the hotel.
Free shuttle every 20 minutes to the airport.

Pro - close to the airport.
Con - The morning staff is ridiculously rude. If you plan on staying here for business, I highly recommend you might wish to think twice.
I asked the front desk if I could charge my phone and she tells me it will be 24 Euros, which I thought was strange, but had no choice as my other charger stopped working.
The next morning the restaurant server was polite enough to put my phone on charge again. An hour later when I went to retrieve my mobile, the front desk host hands me my phone, realizing she did not put the phone on charge properly and my phone had died. Big deal no worries. When I tried to communicate with her about it, she rudely advises me "your phone has a problem, and I did put it on charge" along with rolling her eyes and to make things worse she tells me there's nothing more I can do for you.
I take the same charger to the restaurant to charge the phone and notice my phone was charging like there's no tomorrow, but something was off.
10 minute later she comes to the bar and proudly tells me "I found the main hotel charger, I can take my personal one back"
Due to her cheap personal charger my phone stopped working and I could not get the phone charged properly.
If you don't live by your mobile 24-7 and you don't work, perfect place to stay at.
But to all the people that travel due to business, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza is not the hotel you should take in to consideration. Imagine if this was to happen to your phone, and you happen to be in Brussels on a very important business trip?!
Luckily there was a nice person at the airport, who had the exact same thing happen to him. He showed me which wires to purchase at the airport to get my phone 100% functional.

Rooms are comfortable. Easy drive or shuttle ride to the airport. When I stayed here there was parking on the street which was nice because I didn't have o pay for their lot.

Very nice hotel with excellent food. Location good for airport and staff very attentive. Especially the Bar. Even though being very busy with only one barman, was served very quickly.

Room is very nicely laid out. The bed was extremely comfortable. Service at the main desk was fast and efficient. I did not eat breakfast or supper at the hotel so I cannot comment on those. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The cost of the hotel was the only negative point. I booked my room quite late and it was eye-watering.
