A very good practice. I recommend the Dr Mélanie Vanderbeck. She saved twice the life of our Maine Coon. Emergency service very good. Friendly staff. Very clean. Really professional and efficient.

Very sad experience. I brought a guinea pig with a tooth abscess for a surgery. The tooth that was supposed to be removed and our pet healed. The result? Two unsuccessful surgeries, out guinea pig suffered and died. It is unacceptable to lose a pet in the 21st century because of a tooth problem. It should have been resolved during the first operation, but it wasn't. It wasn't resolved at all and we lost a pet we loved so much. We paid a lot of money and we got only long waiting in the waiting room, a tortured pet and a burial.

I've always had good and trustworthy experiences here, although I had two appointments with Dr. Vanderbeck that I found questionable (thus the low rating). Last year she did the yearly vaccinations for my small dog. Exceptionally, I was two months late to renew them and because of that she ordered me to come back to repeat the vaccination. Then this year I had -unfortunately- again an appointment with her for the vaccinations. After she gave them, she told me that this year she has done it a bit differently and I’ll have to come back in 3 weeks to repeat them. First of all she should have asked me beforehand if that’s even possible (with the holidays). Now my dog's received a vaccination stronger than usual, for no good reason and on top of this I can’t do the follow up. What a waste. It makes me angry that this is done on the back of my dog, and obviously not with his well-being in mind.

Our cat survived a 20 meters fall. Although it had hit a wall, it seemed fine. However, after a few hours, we noticed blood in its urine. Fearing internal bleeding, we called the emergency services of the "Clinique Vétérinaire Champ du Roi", explaining the situation. They refused to help, saying we should rather go to a "regular" vet ! Thankfully another clinic in Brussels immediately helped. Avoid.
