a simple place, nice people. not high facilities but you have hot water :)
We came to the werchter festival and it's a 5 minutes bicycle ride away from the train station and city center

Don't go to this place! Does not worth at all!

I live in Germany but for a short term scientific project I had to move to Leuven for 3 months.
I stayed at this place with my wife, for more that 3 weeks. Before this place, I was in a Hotel and that was much better.

Here only some negative points:

1. The rent is too high for a place like this, I paid 900 euros. Still they calculate the electricity, water, etc. and remove it from your deposit when you leave, which increases the rent amount to almost 1000 euros!!

2. you need to pay a deposit of 1000 euros. And they don't return the money easily!!! I waited a month to get back my money. I emailed and phoned several times to get the money back.

3. They behave well, when you are still there. When you leave, no one answers!

4. The bathroom was horrible!, dirty and stinky. The studio has only one window, which you need to leave open to reduce the moisture. Then you will have a cold room, and you can easily catch a cold as we did.

5. Internet!, You have only 200MB/day which feels like living in stone-age!

6. and a lot more ..

But positive thing:
When there is no other choice, one can always rent a studio here.
If yo want to go to this place, first schedule a visit and see what you want to rent. Don't rely on fancy website pictures.

I am completely sure that I will never rent from this company again.
My current place (Stilleuven) is far better in all aspects. And the rent amount is 30% less than this place.

Arrived late - manager was great & sorted my check in out immediately. Its a mix of student housing & shirt stay self catered accommodation. Can be a bit `rowdy` but not really noisy in the evening. Service was very good would certainly come back - good value for money - large continental breakfast basket & paid internet access OK.
