  The station is absolutely not maintained well. All the services are more or less disrupted usually: do not expect escalators to work; to see anyone working at the ticket office (tather than drinking tea in the back); or clear signage, especially if you arrive by tram. Electronic boars of speed trains composition show the platforms but no trains. It is a total shame that everyone is slacking here and noone works properly.

  Poor signage, you have to pay for restrooms with local currency. Not helpful for an international hub when most people don't have correct currency. Ticket operations friendly and helpful.

  Quite easy to navigate but it certainly doesn't feel like a "safe" place as there are quite a few police around giving the impression that it's not a great place to be!

  Awful experience trying to use automated left luggage. Most lockers out of order. No large ones available. Manual service would not take rucksacks. Wife queued to get change to use two small ones but they wouldn't help. Gave up. I am sat in station guarding luggage while wife explores brussels with kids. Stupidly bad service not to be relied on.

  I love using trams and trains. This station was our departure point to the city upon arrival and it was easy to use and understand. Definitely an efficient way to get around the city for a day trip to Brussels

  Very bad information system. You need to come here 4 hours before if you are to make your flight. Great city though

  Brussels Midi was clean and pretty easy to get around in. There are a ton of food options, but sadly no good Belgium/Brussels waffles.
  
  Security at Eurostar was slow, but I'm not surprised considering the recent issues.

  The train station is Ok. The biggest train station in Brussels with a lot of National and International connections. The station is nice but watchout when you leave it.. At night might not be super nice..

  Pretty good and opposite to most people said there are well convenience for less able people because there are lifts everywhere. So you can access the platforms even with disabilities or heavy luggage. A lot of shops. A nice bio shop with good products. A lot of coffee places. Nice place to wait the train
