I did a couple of tours with this company and knowing that they were big tour groups i have no complaints. The guides were knowledgeable. However, I am due a refund from Brussels City tours of over 50 euro. Whilst i was there in the city they agreed they would refund, even said it was done. It wasn't refunded and five months on, back home, thousands of miles away, they won't even answer my emails. Terrible way to treat clients

Average, but starts a bit chaotic; bring your own headphones as theirs are terrible; if you're wobbly on your pins note that your ends some distance from where it starts. You have to be OK walking a total of say half an hour to do this tour (Brussels city).

They have some good group tours. For the price, you ride in a bus with about 40-50 people. During the journey, you get some information about the destination. After arriving, you are taken on a walking tour followed by some free time. It is good way to visit a place on a schedule, if you do not have any particular agenda in mind.

If you have several days in a city and want an extremely rushed view of a city so you know where to explore on your own, then maybe take the tour.

Don't think for a minute the cheese factory is worth seeing. Deplorable conditions for cows, no real cheese making witnessed. The barn is dilapidated.

Windmill photo op - maybe thru the bus window at 90.

There were 50 people on our hot bus..

Was just walking to the train station about to leave brussels and saw Sarah and Phillipe, my guides yday for a tour to Amsterdam, waving to say hi. Not often do you get such amazing and sweet people, so would def recommend any tour they're conducting. Did another to Luxembourg today which was also quite good.

This was my first trip to Belgium, and I booked a full day tour of Ghent & Brugges through my hotel. I was informed by the hotel clerk that this is the best tour.
The tour was outstanding. While the tour could have been done in about 6 languages, everyone on our bus was agreeable to English, and this gave our guide Stephane (sp?) more time to explain things and tell stories which he gladly did.
My fitness bracelet said we walked about 17,000 steps, and the routes were planned such that we rarely did the same streets, and occasionally we had some nice, small surprises. Lunch and rest stops were also worked into the tour. I wold recommend this tour highly.
