Wonderful park! Its big, it has a nice environment, very clean, always something happening around, good to keep contact with nature, to do some sport or just chill.

Very nice and big parc. Perfect for picnic with your family. Plenty of space so it's nice to catch ball, play football, throw frisbee

Such a lovely park! I regretted never checking it properly before and now I regret it is so far from my place (without a car)!
Definitely spend a couple of hours there if you can; the autumnal colours are lovely, I guess it's even nicer in summertime and just magic in snow!
The atmosphere is really peaceful and the walks are enjoyable!
Last but not least; it's quite easy to reach and park by car!

Beautiful park, its amazing how quickly you can feel like your outside of the city in this park. It has a silent forest and a big grass park around the island in the middle. i love this place

A must ! If there is sun in Belgium you have to enjoy it ! And the best way to do so is to lay down there and chill with a beer or two;)

Scenery is very nice. They serve drinks and food. The ferry to the island is 1euro return. Drinks were pricey, 3 cappuccino and 1 bottle of still water was 18€

Great place to go for a run or a Sunday stroll pretty much any time throughout the year. Don't miss the Portuguese national holiday which is celebrated here in June. The fact that you pay for the boat bringing you to the restaurant on the island only happens in Belgium. So much joy!
