  Perfect follow up and service, from appointment in the showroom until delivery of the ring. My fiancee and myself were blown away with the excellent quality of the ring. The whole process was so smoothly, I have rarely experienced this before. Recommended!

  Beautiful designs and great communication! Totally recommended. My order needed a particular short time to be finished and the team did their best to deliver it on time, while permanently keeping me up to date on the status of the order. Moreover, when the shipping was delayed, they contacted FedEx themselves and kept me posted every step of the way. Nothing but good words for Baunat!

  Very happy indeed with their products and service. Had our engagement and wedding rings made by them, also now some earrings and necklace.
  
  Also visited their office in Antwerp (met with Oliver).
  
  Staff are always prompt in responding to any communication, polite and knowledgeable.
  
  We'll certainly be buying other items from Baunat very happy customers indeed.
  
  Update: 6th December 2016 - My wife got 0.64 carat wide diamond eternity ring in platinum delivered today. Wow, she's very happy with it. Once again Baunat have done a great job, really we've got a wish list of more products to buy
