  If your suitcase gets lost upon arrival and it is IN the airport: prepare for (endless) hours long wait. A show of incompetence, indifference and non-communication. Makes me ashamed to be Belgian.

  My luggage didn't make the connection, but friendly Brussels Airlines people consulted their crystal screen, located my black box and predicted a magical re-appearance in the future, thanks ICT
