  De heer Callewaert (bankbediende) heeft mij sinds twee maanden terug reeds twee keer uit de bankkaartbrand gered en verdient hiervoor geen 'pluim' maar een héle palmboom. Uitermate vriendelijk en zeer vlot in het afhandelen van de te volgen procedures.Bij hem komt het comfort van de klant duidelijk steeds op de eerste plaats. Zelfs wanneer hij hiervoor onverwacht langer op kantoor moet blijven. Formidabel!

  Terrible customer service - and to think this is their "flagship branch" - what a joke. These idiots can't even manage changing your address for your Visa card statements, and whatever you say or show them their policy is the customer is always wrong. What a disaster of a bank.
