Fraud - promising you rooms/premises they don't have!
We have booked family rooms which as per description were each consisting of two interconnected double rooms. When there, however, we were shown to huge rooms which had a mix of double and single beds located in a huge "open space". The total number of sleeping places was sufficient but they were effectively like some kind of hostel dormitory rooms. We, of course, had them for ourselves, but the comfort was not as expected
And the only reaction from the owner to my point that it wasn't what we booked was "That's all I have" - a really great answer at 9PM to a party of 8 people including two small kids
