I have been using Autocenter De Rudder’s services for over 8 years. Their customer service and product line has always been very good, and keeps improving.
Their professional staff has always provided me with great service and answers to all my questions. When ordering tires, they have provided very competitive prices and when they don’t have the product in stock – they can get it in a few days. When I bought my Thule roof rack, they had the product in stock and Jurgen gave a complete class on how to mount/dis-mount and store the rack before I left the shop.
Using their on-line service to schedule changing your summer-winter tires is easy, but plan ahead. You’ll find some English typos on the website, but all is comprehensible.The schedule can fill-up fast if you just plan for the following week. Since I don’t have space to store my winter tires at our apartment, their tire stockage is very practical.
My wife uses their tire service for her company car. All she does is make an appointment for her tires, they take care of all the paperwork! Very easy.
They are tri-lingual+ (Nederlands, French, English, +?), so don’t be shy to try your French or Nederlands if you’re just learning – they usually provide a few gentle corrections to my Nederlands.response / report this review -

My wife and I were very impressed by our experience in buying Thule products from De Rudder, particularly with the help of Jurgen. The store is nicely laid out and impeccably maintained; the products are well displayed. The cleanliness of even, or especially, the garage area speaks volumes about the fact that the staff care about what they do.
Regarding Thule, everything we were interested in was either on display or in inventory, and therefore we were able to better assess our options and see exactly what we were getting. Jurgen and his colleague were very informed about the products and more than willing to work with us for the best fit for our car and to meet our needs. We appreciated the competitive pricing, and the fact that items to be ordered involved only several days.
I anticipate that we will rely on them to meet our tire needs as well.response / report this review
