Nice view, good food.
It was nice to have the appero outside on the grass.
There were a lot of people on the day we visited the restaurant, so the best things disappeared fast from the buffet and they don't refill.

Great terrace for a sunny summer evening.y Upper level restaurant, however steak was bit overcooked and lobster was nearly cold again. We waited 50min for the starter. Signs of weak organisation in the kitchen. Besides that it could be a great place outside Gent for diner. Only mediocre kitchen overall

Very nice place to stay. Even though the rooms are not spacious, they are very cosy with a comfortable bed, functional and beautiful bathroom and light that could be dimmed. Staff is always ready to help and provide for all of the guest needs (I even got an early breakfast so I could check out at about 7 in the morning). If you want to go for a walk around Deurle or to the Ooidonk Castle you could get a map from the cheerful ladies at the reception desk.
All in all an excellent experience :) I would recommend to everyone.

Isn't cheap, unless you visit the brasserie. Almost the same food, but a lot cheaper.
