Great hotel, in a great spot, just a couple of minutes from Grand Place. Friendly staff, nice room, beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed! The WiFi is very good in all the hotel areas. The breakfast is really good, for every taste! Unfortunately it doesn't have a restaurant.

Excellent location, big rooms, all expected facilities, and very reasonable price. Five stars as it's the best hotel in Brussels I know in its price category.

Modern looking hotel attempting to be "hip". Cute pictures of famous travel destinations everywhere, I stayed in Cappadocia. Well I would've preferred sleeping on a cold mountaintop in Turkey because then at least I would've gotten some quiet. During the day endless sounds of clanking glasses from the vents coming from the kitchen in the basement. In the early morning sounds from employees?? Not sure what they were doing but from 3:00-6:00 non stop shouting coming from the stairs. Before that, an pissed off sounding owl out in the courtyard.

Breakfast was pretty average. cereal, croissants or toast with a fancy coffee machine that probably hasn't been cleaned in its lifetime. Staff likes to clank glasses. I cannot overstate this fact. It's loud as hell all the time, if you're trying to fight your way through a Belgian beer hangover in this hotel, forget about it. You've already lost.

Maybe the rooms are big for a 3 star hotel in Europe, but that doesn't mean that you get basic amenities. The shower stayed cold for 15 minutes and around the time I nearly finished my cold shower, the water got extremely hot out of nowhere. Travelling light so I used the all in one soap they had in the shower. Ruined my hair for the whole day, my bad I guess. On top of all of this, there was one plastic cup that I used for my retainer. For water then there were two small plastic espresso cups. Overall the place felt cheap and thrown together.

I wanted to cut this place a break because the staff were friendly enough, but last night I even got bit all over by some kind of bug while lying awake all night.

Great location, very clean, large room and extremely comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Good value with breakfast included. We stayed when weather was cool and found the room really hot. I can see how it would be unbearable in hot weather, even using the fan provided in the room.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Very nice Hotel. Big Rooms, Very Clean. Good Breakfast with lots of Choice. Fantastic location. Part of the staff was a little bit unfriendly, unfortunately. But he could've just had a bad day. Everything else was really nice.

Basic breakfast, central location, difficult to get there on foot from the train station if you have a lot of luggage

Perfect location, nice staff, comfortable, hotel parking (extra charge worth it). Breakfast average. Important: if you go in winter, get a room at the lowest floor - higher floors get all the heat from below and are unbearably hot. Alternatively, you'll sleep with open windows in January - not nice!
