It was a very unprofessional service. At 1st the pharmacist never asked for my national number and charged me the full price on the prescription. Later when I realized it was not correct she refused to return me money and sent to deal with mutuelle, which requested additional documents which she provided in portions (that I had to pass by 3 additional times, though it was always prepared in front of me) and apparently claiming I had no prescription. Therefore I never saw those money back. And even that could have been ok, but all those times she spoke to me as if this situation was entirely my fault and I’m waisting her time, no even sorry I’ve heard

I always like going here. They're open until quite late during the week (19) and even on Saturday (until 12:30) plus the staff is always extremely nice and helpful (the ladies there always try to answer any question the best they can)
