I needed a COVID test for my travels. AlthouGh, the service was very confusing. A gentleman by the name of Michael really went above and beyond to help me navigate through the process. Overall because of him it was a bearable experience.

Don’t get tested here. You will pay 40 euros for nothing except bad service. You don’t even get the test result.

DO NOT use this clinic if you need a test result back in a certain amount of time. You will pay 40 Euro and be told your result will be with you within 24 hours – it will NOT. You're very lucky if it's within 48 hours so you will just have to buy another rapid test elsewhere. Find a centre that offers antigen tests – these can be bought for under 20 Euro and you'll get a result in around an hour. Or, if you're departing, the centre at the airport offers 15-30min antigen tests for 55 Euro. Brussels, like everywhere, is full of cowboys charging absolutely whatever they like for very poor services. This appears to be one of those, however it is fine for the free day 2/7 tests which have little time pressure on them.
