We love this hotel and this was my 2nd visit. It has been refurbished since my last visit and we had a room in the newer part and it was wonderful. Large, bright and airy with everything you need to hand.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and comfy rooms. I didn't have a towel for the second night for some reason but apart from that perfect. Quite expensive compared to UK prices but worth it for the comfort and location.

Great hotel only downside was you need a key card in the slot to turn on the power so you can't leave your room and charge your phone

Beautiful hotel, very clean and contemporary. The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. The breakfast is lovely and the location couldn't be more perfect. We will definitely stay here again

Modern hotel, good staff and quite nice rooms. Free breakfast is substantial and verg decent. Would recommend to battlefield trippers and any visitors to Ypres.

2nd stay here within two weeks and it was comfortable again. This time we booked via the hotel website which turned out to be good. Since we did that we got an upgrade from classic to superior as rooms were available. We had a tower view room. Superior rooms are completely modernized and on the upper floors. Parking is on private property - let the hotel know your license plate if coming by car. Check in and out was very friendly and convenient. Breakfast provides a midsized range with all necessary items for a good start into the day.

This is a truly lovely quiet family run hotel. Located down a quiet side street only a monute from the main square. Lovely hotel lovely people.

The hotel has a great location, close to the menin gate, and there was a good breakfast in the morning. The room itself was on the small side, but bizarrely there was a very large and spacious washroom! The staff was friendly and able to offer directions to local landmarks and provided other assistance.
