  Good parking opportunity in centrum brussels. Large number of spots.
  
  Attention points: entrance not always easy to find. Quite expensive on working days but ok in evening and weekend

  Nearby Parking Grote Markt is better overall. It can be quite a maze if you're not familiar. It does have a toilet you can access with the parking ticket.
