Divisional Passport and immigration office Dhaka agarga. I have not good experience from there. Very critical office I feel. If you go there you will see many type middle man want to talk with you about passport.

It was just unimaginably great experience! Received my renewed e-passport within TWO working days. That's right, only two working days. That fast you'll receive your renewed e-passport if you apply for super express delivery. This is kind of record breaking speed for any Governmental work to complete in Bangladesh.

It was inefficient with long lines of waiting to submit an application for expired mrp passport. Had to go through the whole diometric scans all over again for the epassport.
There are no clear indicator to guide people on where they should go and lone up. The whole place can be so easily improved to make the entire epassport process simpler and more efficiy

Time consuming, it's the main passport office of bangladesh. For new passport ordinary bdt 3450 have to deposit through online bank like bank asia, one bank, Dhaka bank, sonali bank etc, then we need a NID attested copy or birth certificate copy. You must carry the original NID or certificate along with you, after primary checking they will forward you to biography booth for photo and finger print. For baby less than 5 years or those who are non comparative, please bring 3R color photo, here I attached some example for photo, please check this

Very important place for making your passport. But you must have enough time, because there always you see a very long serial. If you are staying in Dhaka division, you can do your passports from there. If your permanent address is outside dhaka division, your present address must be in dhaka division will help you to make passport from there. If you are applying by hand writting form, you must maintain extra three steps than online application. So, i suggest you all to apply by online. There always sorrounded by brokers, so keep your attention alarts altime.

People living in Dhaka can apply to three passport office Dhaka for mrp passport. Dhaka passport offices are Agargaon passport office, Uttara passport office and Jatrabari passport office.
Citizens Living under Jatrabari area should apply to Jatrabari passport office, Under Uttara area citizens should apply to Uttara passport office and Bangladeshi living under Agargaon area should apply for mrp passport in Agargaon passport office. Worst service, thousands of people getting service from here everyday but only one bathroom. Behaviour of staff of this office is b******* , its ok. I think more offices are required in Dhaka city to overcome this problem. I think they are overloaded.
