We went to this place to have a meeting regarding an apertment. The pleace is very much organised to receive all sorts of clients. There are seperate sitting arrangement for different types of customers. The reception area is well maintained with well-behaved receptionist who took care of our request in a professional manner leading to a well decorated room with comfortable sitting arrangement. We had the meeting with our preset staff within no time. Over all, BTI has become a professional organisation and their projects are also of good standard

BTI is one of the pioneers in builders industry in the country. This building has been their head office for decades. Previously they rented a major part of it to Grameenphone Ltd, but Grameenphone moved to their own campus in 2010. This building still houses as commercial office space.

Probably the worst developer around. I would avoid completely. They have made so many cuts and corners using CHEAP material that our relatively new building's flat is completely damp from the inside out that needed serious and costly rework.
Flat's regularly have leaks, electric surges, flooding occurrences and once water was flooding our apartment from the electric sockets which is incredibly dangerous!
In general things are in disrepair and breaking down far quicker than expected. Our flat is so damp mold keeps growing on clothes in wardrobes. Drycleaned clothes. IN a matter of 2 or 3 weeks.
I've seen they have made a few nice buildings since. Our building looks okay from outside now but the entire complex has a myriad of complaints that keep piling up, all due to shoddy workmanship and cheap materials/shortcuts applied by this developers. The repair from their work is costing us a fortune and will likely continue to pile up. Well done BTI
