this is a wonderful place.A fresh green nature close to Dhaka city.. well managed. entry fee 100 taka per person. Have a parking facility of 30-40 cars. great for afternoon family time spend. small size picnic group.

It is a perfect place for one day family outing. The park is surrounded by dense green forests and it has lakes and ponds. The half area of the park is filled with water actually. There are several boats for tourists to travel around the lake. There are more than 10,000 trees and plants of 250 species in the park. All of these have made the environment cool, green and peaceful.

It’s an gorgeous combination of both nature & architecture.
This is a large spot where any one easily spent a good day with friends & family. We can identify as a picnic spots.
The natural environment of this area is nurturing with proper maintenance as a result this area is totally different from our regular city environment. People can breathe fresh air.
On the contrary people will see lots of excellent signs of great architecture. Here several bungalows, penthouses & indolent houses are increases it’s beauty.
There is a four stored library. The interior beauty of this library will attract any one to read a book in this library.
Individuals have to pay a reasonable entry fee to enter.

Beautiful well maintained place for picnic or family day out. Food served in the restaurant have homemade feel. Communication is difficult, best to have your own transportation but worth visiting with all the trouble.

This park is so underrated which doesn't do justice to such a beautiful place. The main things you will love about this park are :
1. It's huge. 150+ acres (not sure)
2. Very well decorated : balance between nature and architecture
3. Neat and clean
4. Small and big cottages
5. Many beautiful architectural features : mosque, library, cottages
6. Perfect for family picnic, study tours etc.
7. Paddle boat.
Etc.
I couldn't cover all the details but the bottom line is you must visit this place with your family or friends. I can guarantee you that you will have a great time.response / report this review -

This place became a getaway for me. When I was so exhausted from living in the metro and needed to go somewhere. I wanted to get lost in nature, wanted some solitude and quietness so my brother took us there. I loved that place but it has no map or something so you can not easily navigate through the village. We took our food with us so can't tell anything about the food but you have to pay a certain amount of money if you want to take your food with you. There's no source of entertainment but you can roam around and just enjoy your surroundings. Apart from this The mosque was quite a sight. And the school has an unique architecture. There's a library building but it hasn't been opened to visitors. And the best part is: it took us only half an hour to get there from Bashundhara RA. Overall it's a nice place to go if you want to spend some time in nature. And it's not expensive at all so you don't have to think about your wallet. But try to reach there early as they close before dusk.

A beautiful place for weekend family outing. Near from Dhaka. A place full of natural and architectural beauty. Food is also available here for lunch. It is a picnic spot. People here are very friendly. There is a library here.

I had no Idea there is park like this around Dhaka Area. Well it mostly use for picnic and shooting spot. But if you have date and you wanted show him/her a good time. This definitely can be the place. Moreover its completely safe. And you can also come in a group but you will need a permission for that. There is an entry fee that you need to consider. Also ample parking space is available. The sights are pretty with lots of tree with a lake in the middle. Kids will love it here. Only negative sides are the stuff and some of the people who comes to visit. They might create a trouble for you.

Are you looking for a place to go for a family outing near Dhaka city, Zinda park is one of the best I hope. Very good place to visit and spend some quality time with your family, though problem with car parking and narrow roads, but still quite a awesome place to visit. The natural beauty of this place is great.

This place give you a natural feel with real entertainment. The excellent part of this area is full of natural resources. Fully secured area filled with various bird, tree, local food and other elements. Zinda park can be used a place for picnic, study tour, hangout and family tour.

what a place for peace lover. the place is situated very near of dhaka city. its a huge place with some natural beauty. you can find green everywhere. a calm place with lots of trees, lakes, architectural structure, good food and many more. the place is perfect for relaxing as well as group tour and picnic also. views can attract you to take some photos as memory. totally time worthy place for the city people. the place is safe and full of fresh air as well. recommended for everyone who loves to breath fresh

This place is awesome. Very neat and clean. Very good for day long tour who leaves in Dhaka or nearby. It has huge space, field, mosque and library. Very good place to bring your kids. Don't miss to visit the library.

An awesome place to spent a great day. Those who are nature lover. Will surly enjoy spending time there. Whole place is covered with various trees. Lots of pond. Paddle boat. Mid island in the ponds. Tree house. Great view from all over the park. Will have to be amazed with all the facility. Other facility is also satisfactory. Over all a great day to spent if I are going there.

Beautiful park located just outside Dhaka. Nice environment, very well maintained, friendly staff - it's a fantastic place to take the kids for a day visit to nature. Overnight stay is also possible at the beautiful cottages. There are beautiful walkways amidst trees and a nice lake. Lots of local birds can be seen here. There is also a beautifully designed school and library inside the park premises. The restaurant is ok but not very good. They are renovating it. You can take food from outside for a little fee.

For typical family picnic, this one is good enough (ONLY IF YOU HAVE PERSONAL TRANSPORT). You can play football, cricket, badminton or just walk around. They have lunch, snacks, prayer and parking facilities. Winter is best time to go there, I must say!

It's a very relaxing place to spend a full day with friends and family. Full of greenery, lake, boat ride, tree house and more. They have traditional food arrangement prepared in village environment. Neat and clean. Entry fee BDT 100.00, parking space available. It is also a picnic and shooting spot. Vary close to Dhaka city.

This place needed a more finishing touch. Otherwise, a good place to hang around, probably en route to some other place. Good for chit chats, for couples and small groups. Also nice for a picnic spot. Consist of a school and college, with nice buildings.

Simply amazing. The calm serene atmosphere, different little interests like tree climbing, bridge crossing, boat riding makes the experience even more great. The food is also good though a little overpriced. It's a great place to spend your time with your family and friends.

Good place to visit/ picnic. Anyone can enjoy natural beauty. It has a pond, little food corner, a mosque. But not so large. Original fresh Pineapple and banana available outside the park.
