  The most lousiest customer service every seen. They'll act like they're working on it but actually won't do anything to fix the problem, especially if it's after 11 (24hr so called service). Had latency issues, fluctuating ping, packet losses etc. Ow and they rejected my calls several times when I had issues with the connection.

  Low bandwidth speed according to the price. Also, customer support is trash. Very very bad for gaming.

  X-Press Technologies Ltd. is a Nationwide ISP(Internet Service Provider) in Bangladesh. As an Internet service provider company , there service support is good. Always they maintain a good relation with their customers.
