I ordered a Beef Burger and was served a Chicken Burger instead. I was expecting to get a formal apology as well as the item I actually ordered. The waiter, though said sorry multiple times and asked if I'd like to get my beef burger, didn't look so intent on serving one. I don't like chicken burgers but if I did, I would probably like their burger. It was okay.
