  Maintaining privately owned property has become quite difficult in the hectic pace of civic life. Especially in Corona situations. 'Urban Residential Bangladesh' stands by us when many like me are in a tug-of-war. 'Urban Residential Bangladesh' is a trusted and reliable organization.   One of the best property management companies in Dhaka. The management is very prompt, professional and highly supportive. They have been managing two of my apartments since early 2015 and since then I felt such a sense of relief. They are providing A to Z solutions in terms of property management and I’m quite happy with the service. I visit Bangladesh once a year for two weeks time and it is very hard for me to look after the apartments and as well as maintain the renting out option. But ever since Urban Residential took over, I’m living stress free. The rent is being deposited to my Bangladesh Bank account [not to mention during this pandemic they have made sure all my rents are collected and deposited on time -which I didn’t expect at all, I must admit] and Urban is providing the best services for any types of maintenance, renovations or any issues whatsoever. Last time when I visited Bangladesh in late 2019, it was quite a surprise how they maintained my apartments just as new as I got it from the developer back in 2009. I am happy with their service and the service fees are very reasonable (I hope they don’t increase the fees after seeing this 🤫). Best wishes to them and thanks 🙏🏻 to the agents who is looking after my assets. Hats off guys 😇
