  I recently had a horrible experience that I must like to share so that others become careful about this service !
  
  I had been sending different gifts to Dhaka through them since 2015. I never had any problem in the past. This time I placed order again to deliver flower, cake etc to our relatives place in Dhaka. I received the confirmation email that order was placed and under processing. Then they did not send ANYTHING on due date. Money has been deducted from my account already.
  
  I was nicely looking for a full refund since they did not provide the promised service. They do not receive phone and when I email them, it gets bounced back. [attached picture] So, no response from them and money has been taken !
  
  It is a horrible experience ! I feel cheated !

  I had to order a gifts for my Mom on Mothers day. since it has Paypal
  I wouldn't worry about giving away my credit card info. So I placed
  the order. and they were missing the food for three people out of four
  the funny thing was even the receipt they have received says for one person
  So I tried to contact them, through phone and email, No Response. I waited, thinking
  that might get response nothing yet. thats why I am writing this review So people
  should see this before they place the order. how irresponsible they are.
  I have used different site before I haven't found like this before. I hope
