  I do not know their product, but I know very well of their sense of punctuality, professionalism and ethics of commitment. This review is to reflect that.
  
  I live in the USA and our Bangladesh team was supposed to be meeting Ultrasoft representative this morning, at 7AM USA EST time (5PM Dhaka time). Just a few minutes before our scheduled time, they called my Bangladesh team and notified that they are unable to come. This is unbelievable that something so serious happened right before our meeting that prevented their showing up. If it is genuinely so, then they should have been very close to our office and about to step in. Surely this didn't happen. The only credible explanation to me is, they fundamentally lack business ethics and honesty or took our precious business time just carelessly, for which they did not bother to notify when they actually changed their mind.
  
  People planning to buy their product should be careful. A breach of commitment before the business clearly foreshadows the miserable quality afterwards.
