  This is the number ome college in Sirajganj district and in top five colleges in Rajshashi Division.Bangla Name of the college is "Ullapara Biggan College". It located at center position of ullapara upazilla. It establishied at 1994. Akbar Ali MP established the institute. It has one three storey and another two storey academic Building. There are available all department (Science, Arts, Commerce). It also has BM department. The institute has a boss teacher name "Firoz Rashid" who is ICT teacher.Manik Chand, Md Raju, Bakul are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Teacher.
