Super Star of domestic connectivity,only they’ve super mileage rather than other carrier.1st airlines who brought Boeing 737 in Cox’s Bazar. Stuffs are cooperative and loyal. Airline service is good but ability to improve more.

Worst service ever. I used novoair and Bangladesh airline to cox bazar. So thought why not try us bangla airline. Well learned my lesson, even Bangladesh airline service was better than them. Flight suppose to leave 11:30 but it left 12:30 one hour late. And they didn’t even let us know. Had to wait blindly.
