Great service in Bangladesh. Before Uber came to Bangladesh taxi service was massacre. There was no rules about rent/bill in action. Taxi driver harass the passenger a lot. Uber established a rules and standards. Thank to Uber.

Last night the Bill was much more higher than the initial calculated bill. It was 228 Tk, but when I arrived destination it was billed 615 Tk. How it can happen Can any one explain Complaint service is not available.. If the driver cheated then how the customers can catch the driver. Very much disappointed..

Most of the drivers are not well trained by Uber (BD) authority and confused about how to use the device. Neither know how to trace the passengers or follow the pick up point. Also Uber don't have appropriate customer service number for any complaint. All they are concerned how to take new driver onboard with no customer care at all. Also now Uber allow driver to accept new trip while previous passengers onboard. Very Disappointing!

well uber service is good at city as it charges little more than cng and much less than taxi cab ( having discount offer) which is affordable more or less to the people. But recently i did not get any discount and it charged much higher in last few trips even within short distanced place. If it continues like this may be it wouldn't be possible to avail the service often.

Today I have gone to UBER Dhaka office to become a partner but nobody help me. When I asked a question the employee showed that he is angry with me and told that he could not help me and also told to go to another table. The UBER office is like government office of Bangladesh. Few visitors in the office told that now a days they misbehave with the partners. I also observed that when people come for vehicle on boarding they do not take care it. The always gossip but could not listen to the people. I expect that I will get good service but what I get. My final comments is UBER Bangladesh is bad bad and bad.
