  when u r travelling from dhaka to gopalganj/khulna via mawa route u will be finding very few option to choose.TUNGIPARA EXPRESS could be a better option among those.but you have to remember few things.if you book a ticket before travelling don't be surprised if u find cancellation of trip without any prior information.they will refund you but don't expect any regret from them.and fact is trip cancellation rate is highst among any bus service.if you try to catch the bus from a middle of the route prepare for huge delay and prepare for early passing without picking you.but from starting point it late rarely.instrumental disturbance resulting a hault at the middle of the highway is not a matter of surprise as it happens frequently.TUNGIPARA EXPRESS is a name of horror in dhaka- khulna highway as per statics of accident done by this bus service.and accidents done by TUNGIPARA EXPRESS rarely highlighted in media.why?you may think if there's so many problem why other bus companies are not taking chance?answer is muscle power.you have to wait till PADMA BRIDGE in function to get some good bus companies in action.

  It has been opened a new dimension for the people of Khulna, gopalgonj,bagerhat..
  Because they brings new idea that side to launch and ferry..and reduced our time also too Little ticket price.
  But when padma bridge construction will be over if they Won't bring new and modern bus they might not be fit for business competition to others transport company like Green line,royal coach etc

  Good; take less time to reach Gopalganj or Khulna. The buses doesn't provide ferry services. If you carry heavy goods then you should avoid this.

  The counter is very much tiny and no locker for language here by travellers. People who knows about this counter they can execute very smoothly. But it is tough job for new comers to find out and hire tickets from here. This counter connect the southern part of Bangladesh like Khulna.

  Very commercial with least attention to customer satisfaction. Since there are not enough service providers in this Dhaka Khulna route, they are having monopoly business. Lot to improve if they are to sustain business specially once Padma bridge construction gets finished.

  Overall quality of the bus seems worst as they hire from BRTC which is not well maintained. I lost a valuable thing from the bus which is surprising. Their staffs seem involved. Requesting everyone not to travel by it if you have any other option.

  Rent is reasonable via Khulna dhaka route. But their service is terrible. AC condition is not good and they set the temperature really low, if you request theme to fix the temperature they don't listen to you. But they are trying to improve their service which is positive.

  I am a regular traveler and so far my experience with Tungipara express has been the worst. The bus left 15 passengers in the waiting room of Gulistan counter, not even looking that the seat booking and passenger number matches or not. While contacted over phone, passengers were said to take the next bus and reach Mawa ghat which was a frustrating plan given the situation that it was 10.30 at night, with rain and no blank seat on the next bus. After reaching Mawa the supervisor had no care for the passengers could reach or ride the ferry or not. The next ride after ferry to khulna was horrible as per driving and seating arrangement. In Khulna the person named 'Montu' sitting in the Royal more counter was asked to issue 2 tickets for night 9.30 Ferry crossing direct bus. Even if he was communicated several times about the need of passengers, he issued 2 tickets for morning 9.30 bus instead of the night ones. That person's behavior was horrible. Shame on Tungipara express for such misbehavior, I will never advise anyone in life to ride with Tungipara express.

  Too much crowdy area. Very small tickets booth for collecting tickets.
  Most of passenger waiting in front of the counter. After every few minutes there are available buses for Gopalgonj. They have Ferry and Launch both types of buses. It normally takes approximately 5 hours to reach Gopalgonj(Tungipara) from Dhaka(Gulistan)! if there is no problem.

  Dhaka To Khulna-Gopalgonj bus are available in this bus stand. Tungipara paribahan is the most popular bus service in this route but other bus service is also available. AC and non-AC service are available, bus service is quite satisfied but passenger waiting room condition is very poor.

  Its a brtc bus counter. lots of buses of lots of ruts start from here. this place is very unorganized and crowded. buses also very old and unfit to ride. people have experience a bad journey but nothing to do. because the other buses are same. now a days we found some new buses which includes ac buy those are not enough to meer the demand. those buses also ask for more money as well.

  The place is not suitable for car parking. Better if you come on rickshaw. Tungipara buses are good for Dhaka to Khulna Route. They have both lonch cross and ferry cross system over the river.

  Very friendly Bus ticket counter. You can buy ticket for going Dhaka to khulna or khulna to Dhaka. Ticket can also be booked over phone but need to collect the ticket one hour before the journey. Altogether good service.
